Payment & Refund Policy

By purchasing any product, program, coaching service, or digital offering from The Purpose Lab, you agree to the following payment terms:

Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is explicitly offered. For payment plans, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access to services.

All Sales Final

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided to materials and/or coaching time, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges under any circumstances.

Missed Payments / Coaching Sessions

Missed payments may result in removal from programs or loss of coaching access until the account is brought current.

If a client fails to attend scheduled coaching sessions, those sessions may be forfeited at the discretion of The Purpose Lab.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first is considered a violation of these terms and may result in immediate termination of access to all services and programs.

Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. Pricing is honored only at the time of purchase.
